Me (You)

I decided I would try out this blog, I have no idea what it means for me or for anyone else. My goal of writing this is to have fun, and give myself a time to relax and reflect on my day. If you would like to read about me then be my guest, but even my typing is different than my speaking, so this isn’t always my best representation. I hope that maybe I can show someone a little personal insight, so feel free to share your thoughts too.

I’m not your typical person, and I don’t go out of my way to show it. I am a very easy going and forgiving person, in most circumstances. I have changed enough as a person to understand I’m not the only one, which is very important to me, being conscious of your surroundings. I am a careful friend, but a good one, meaning that I can consider you a friend unless proven that I shouldn’t. I don’t like to get bogged down by pointless relationships, because I don’t like to have my time wasted and especially feeling used. Occasionally I’ll ask you for a favor, but will always make sure to reimburse because I feel people need to offer help. I think the strongest relationship is built through trust, even if it means you lend out a few bucks and don’t get paid back until later.

A little more present tense, I’m 19, I go to Portland State and have a job life guarding. I haven’t yet figured out what I “want to do for a career”, but know how important education is to just sit around freeloading. I feel like music history and production is amazing, but music has done more than provide me with background noise. Music has helped me learn to cope, reflect, and listen which have all applied to my life and my self discovery. SASQUATCH is coming up soon, I’m beyond stoked and happy to spend time with my best friends.

Maybe I will come on again, maybe not, but read this small snippet of my personal life and learn a little more about who I am.
